Andrea is a certified Tai Chi instructor specializing in fall prevention, with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. She has extensive professional experience working with older adults and brings valuable insight from her personal journey with chronic pain and osteoarthritis.

This combination enables Andrea to deliver a person-centered approach, ensuring you receive the most effective fall prevention program to benefit your body, mind, and spirit.

The mission of In Balance Tai Chi is to support older adults in improving their Quality of Life and achieve their personal fulfillment goals using evidence-based fall-prevention tai chi.

We will work with you to improve and benefit those body systems used in balance in order to achieve our shared goal of your continued health, well-being, and engagement.
